Director, Software Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead the engineering org for Transitions of Care with ~50 engineers under 10–11 managers
• Partner with Product Management to define roadmaps and align engineering with business priorities
• Scale AI-powered products and cloud-based platforms
• Drive architecture decisions across Core and Platform Services stacks
• Coach and develop managers, improve leadership capability and talent density
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in progressive software engineering with strong leadership
• Experience leading large engineering orgs across multiple management layers
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Proven ability to partner with product and executives to define strategy
• Experience with software engineering best practices across full SDLC
• Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
