📋 Description

  • Define and execute engineering vision across backend, frontend, and AI products
  • Lead development of production-grade AI applications using LLMs and agents
  • Drive adoption of AI engineering practices including evaluation frameworks
  • Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Ensure operational excellence through CI/CD, observability, and cloud-native architectures

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in CS or equivalent practical experience
  • 15+ years software engineering, 8+ years leading engineering teams
  • Expertise in Python, C#, Java, or JavaScript
  • Experience with distributed systems and cloud-native platforms
  • Hands-on AI systems development with LLMs and orchestration frameworks
  • Deep knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP, plus Docker and Kubernetes
