Director, Solutions Architecture - Enterprise & Strategic

📋 Description

• Build, lead, and scale the Enterprise & Strategic Solutions Architecture team across AMER.
• Own the technical win strategy for Enterprise and Strategic opportunities, engaging on high-stakes deals.
• Partner with Sales to build territory and account plans, set technical engagement standards.
• Define and evolve the team's methodology for technical discovery, POC, architecture design, and positioning.
• Represent the field in cross-functional planning with Product and Engineering.
• Build scalable enablement: playbooks, reference architectures, demo environments, and battle cards.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading or building SA/Sales Eng teams for enterprise accounts.
• Hands-on SA/Sales Engineer with credibility in high-stakes sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, SQL/OLAP, and the modern data stack.
• Track record of building and scaling teams: hiring, developing talent, culture.
• Proven ability to operate as an executive sponsor with C-level stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel across AMER.
