Director, Spaceport Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Lead the legal strategy for infrastructure and real estate projects.
• Advise on land use, title, entitlements, permitting, and zoning.
• Develop strategies to secure permits and approvals for land development.
• Negotiate major infrastructure and real estate transactions.
• Implement scalable risk, contract, and long-term infra planning.
• Draft, review, and negotiate leases, sale, and construction contracts.

🎯 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and bar membership in at least one US state.
• 5+ years of post-JD experience.
• 2+ years of relevant experience at a top law firm.
• Excellent strategic planning, negotiation, drafting, and project management skills.
• Systems thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• In-house experience partnering with business/ownership teams at a scaling company.
