📋 Description

• Own our unit economics models for every product line, setting financial targets and partnering
• Drive pricing and monetization strategy across Ramp's portfolio in partnership with Product and
• Run strategic custom deals, structuring creative commercial arrangements that help Sales win in
• Partner closely with Product leaders to evaluate new product investments, business cases, and
• Own Ramp's consolidated financial model and develop a deep understanding of the business drivers
• Lead headcount planning across the company, including partnering with People and GTM leadership on

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, strategic
• Experience managing, mentoring, or developing high-performing team members is a plus
• Excellent financial modeling and quantitative/data analysis skills
• Extreme attention to detail with a high regard for precision
• A "get things done" mentality—you can dissect complex problems, identify solutions, and drive them
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial
