• Lead end-to-end quarterly earnings process
• Own long-term financial model and consensus
• Partner with CFO and leadership on guidance
• Oversee investor relations and external communications
• Coordinate investor events and materials
• Drive AI-native tooling to improve IR processes

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in IR, equity research, investment banking, FP&A, or related
• Deep fluency in public-company reporting and SaaS models
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Advanced financial modeling: share counts, dilution, guidance
• Ownership mindset and end-to-end process ownership
• Sector background in cybersecurity or cloud infra preferred
