📋 Description

• Develop and execute the strategic partnership plan to drive revenue growth, generate pipeline, and
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of three partnership professionals, setting strategic priorities
• Build and implement a scalable partnership playbook covering partner recruitment, onboarding
• Define partner segments, commercial models, operating processes, and success metrics to support
• Manage and optimize existing partnerships by assessing engagement, performance, and commercial
• Identify opportunities to improve partner performance, reactivate inactive relationships, and

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, channel sales
• Proven success building and scaling partnerships that generate measurable pipeline, revenue, and
• Experience developing relationships with technology partners, ecommerce platforms, agencies, system
• Strong understanding of partner-led and partner-assisted go-to-market models, including referrals
• Demonstrated experience negotiating commercial agreements and designing partnership models that
• Track record of collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Product, and executive leadership teams to
