📋 Description

• Partner with the Chief of Staff to support strategic priorities and ops
• Coordinate planning rhythms: quarterly OKRs, reports, tracking
• Drive cross-functional projects from scoping to delivery
• Create clear materials to support leadership decisions
• Improve decision velocity by gathering inputs and insights
• Connect go-to-market, product, and revenue to translate strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Consultancy background with 5+ years in strategy/ops or CoS-adjacent role
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; synthesize insights
• Excellent communication; stakeholder mgmt with senior leaders
• Highly organized with attention to detail; multitask
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and driving clarity
