Director Supply Chain

📋 Description

• Drive the execution and completion of end-to-end supply chain planning, warehousing, purchasing
• Direct Inventory control and warehouse leaders and indirect leadership of a large, matrixed
• Lead and provide strategic and tactical guidance to cross-functional launch, transfer, market
• Manage and coordinate S&OP/S&OE processes, supply and demand forecasting, inventory
• Oversee global warehousing, storage, logistics interface, purchasing, and material flow activities
• Monitor supplier and internal network performance against quality, delivery, service, cost, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Scientific, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Finance, or
• Minimum of 12 years’ experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Warehousing
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional strategic initiatives, transformation
• Deep knowledge of supply planning, S&OP/S&OE, inventory management, forecasting
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, raw materials handling, production
• Proven ability to synthesize complex business inputs, develop actionable strategies, build decision
