📋 Description

• Lead the U.S. Surgical Commercial Capabilities organization, setting strategic direction while
• Develop and execute commercial capability strategies aligned with business objectives, product
• Oversee onboarding and new-hire development programs designed to accelerate field readiness and
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical Education, Commercial Excellence, and other stakeholders to
• Drive excellence across sales effectiveness, clinical competency, procedural knowledge, business
• Lead, coach, and develop managers and commercial capability professionals, strengthening

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience in commercial training, sales
• At least 7 years of experience leading managers and/or professional teams within a commercial
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing commercial training, sales enablement, onboarding
• Proven ability to manage budgets, organizational priorities, and complex cross-functional
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities, with the
• Experience establishing learning measurement frameworks and using data to evaluate capability

🎁 Benefits

• U.S. base salary range of $171,200–$256,800 USD, excluding Puerto Rico and certain California
• Individual compensation may vary based on role, level, location, experience, education, training
• Eligibility for a short-term incentive through the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
