📋 Description

• Lead and develop the Sustaining Engineering function, setting direction, priorities, operating
• Build, manage and coach a multidisciplinary engineering team spanning failure analysis, systems
• Own the advanced technical support path for complex deployed-system issues, ensuring effective
• Establish and continuously improve processes for failure reporting, analysis, corrective action and
• Partner with engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, sourcing and suppliers to resolve
• Use fleet telemetry, service data, repair information and failure-analysis outputs to identify

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading sustaining engineering, reliability engineering, failure analysis, hardware
• Strong understanding of deployed-system reliability, root cause analysis, corrective action
• Experience building and leading multidisciplinary engineering teams, including developing managers
• Ability to operate at both strategic and detailed technical levels, translating operational data
• Experience working across hardware, firmware, software, operations, quality, manufacturing
• Strong analytical capability, with experience using telemetry, quality data, service data and
