Director, TA Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Full ownership of Avature platform optimization, adoption, and operational excellence following
• Serve as primary liaison between TA, Project Madagascar program team, and People Product & DT
• Oversee TA technology stack optimization including Avature, LinkedIn, HackerRank, Findem and more
• Partner with Project Madagascar change team on training, documentation, cutover planning, and
• Own vendor relationship management including SLA accountability, contract renewals, and optimization
• Establish and track system health, adoption, and performance KPIs for roadmap decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Background in TA technology, operations, and strategy; Avature experience strongly preferred
• Prior experience as a recruiter or sourcing practitioner is a plus
• Track record of owning vendor relationships and driving system adoption at scale
• Expert-level collaboration skills and cross-functional experience
• Judgment to operate independently while aligning with TA strategy
