📋 Description

• Avature Post-Implementation: full ownership of platform optimization, adoption, and operational
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: serving as the primary liaison between TA, the Project Madagascar
• TA Technology Stack Optimization: governance and design for our foundational TA systems (Avature
• Pre-Go-Live Implementation Readiness: partnering with the Project Madagascar change team on

🎯 Requirements

• Background in TA technology, operations, and strategy; Avature experience is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience as a recruiter or sourcing practitioner is a big plus; it's what lets you speak
• A track record of owning vendor relationships and driving system adoption at scale.
• Expert-level collaboration skills and cross-functional experience; there are strong relationships
• The judgment to operate independently while staying tightly aligned with TA strategy
