📋 Description

• Architect and implement a structured assessment framework that standardizes candidate evaluation
• Partner with the Global Head of TA to deliver strategic initiatives, building credibility with
• Drive TA operational excellence through SOP development, data audits, and process governance that
• Partner with Technology, Legal, Finance, and HRBPs to modernize the recruiting tech stack
• Manage and develop a high-performing TA operations team by coaching talent, setting clear

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 12+ years of progressive product or operations leadership experience in enterprise environments
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and optimizing structured
• Demonstrated success designing and scaling tailored workflows and operational models across varied
• Proven history of owning projects end-to-end and taking personal accountability for outcomes
• Proven success managing, coaching, and developing talent with a track record of building
