• Set and evolve Collibra’s global Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business priorities
• Redesign TA for an AI-native environment using automation to boost sourcing and screening
• Partner with senior leaders to translate workforce plans into proactive hiring
• Lead and scale a high-performing TA team as strategic business partners
• Build recruiting rhythms, reporting and market intelligence for pipeline visibility
• Improve candidate quality, speed, process efficiency, and candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years TA experience with leadership in high-growth B2B SaaS/enterprise tech
• Experience hiring across GTM and technical orgs, with credibility in specialized hiring
• Track record building or transforming TA teams, operating models, or strategies
• Experience implementing AI-powered recruiting tools and modern TA workflows
• Experience designing TA operating models and integrating AI fluency assessments
• Strong executive presence; use data and market intelligence to influence decisions
