• Hire, coach, develop, and manage a team of Talent Partners, establishing clear goals, providing
• Develop and execute a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with organizational growth
• Build scalable and repeatable recruiting processes covering intake, sourcing, interviewing
• Establish standardized interview frameworks, scorecards, hiring playbooks, and manager training to
• Own key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline, source of hire, offer acceptance, and

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 3 years managing and
• Proven ability to hire, coach, motivate, develop, and retain high-performing Talent Partners.
• Demonstrated experience building or scaling a Talent Acquisition function, ideally within a
• Strong process orientation with experience creating or improving recruiting workflows
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and organizational levels, including both technical
• Strong understanding of recruiting KPIs and proven ability to use data and analytics to guide
