📋 Description

• Lead operational governance programs across Retirement & Wealth, advising senior leaders on
• Maintain governance frameworks, procedures, controls, documentation, and annual roadmaps, ensuring
• Coordinate governance reviews, attestations, evidence collection, control testing, remediation
• Track program performance, risks, milestones, and overdue actions, escalating issues appropriately
• Lead the execution of Third-Party Risk Management and Vendor Management programs, including
• Partner with business, finance, technology, procurement, risk, and compliance teams to strengthen

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant education and business
• Strong knowledge of operational risk, controls, governance frameworks, and regulatory expectations
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs and delivering outcomes through
• Strong program management, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Demonstrated experience designing governance processes, performance metrics, reporting frameworks
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to build
