Director, Technical Operations (Platform)

📋 Description

• Define, publish, and report service levels and service-level objectives for revenue-critical
• Lead end-to-end incident management, establishing severity models, escalation procedures, incident
• Establish and govern change and release management standards, balancing delivery speed with change
• Build and maintain observability capabilities that provide early detection of service degradation
• Own disaster recovery and business continuity planning for critical platform services, ensuring
• Monitor third-party integrations, establish failure thresholds and fallback strategies, and

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in platform operations, technical operations, infrastructure, site
• Proven accountability for the availability, reliability, and performance of a revenue-critical
• Demonstrated experience building an operational practice from the ground up, including SLOs
• Strong hands-on expertise with AWS, including multi-environment operations and cloud cost
• Significant experience operating and governing third-party platforms, suppliers, and integrations
• Ability to define technical and operational standards and successfully drive adoption across
