8+ years in technical program management, with 3+ leading TPM teams or functions
Delivery leadership in a regulated financial environment
Technically credible with platform engineering
Experience with M&A integration, legal-entity restructuring, or large multi-party partner
Operates through influence across reporting lines
Writing-first operator
