Director, UX Designer (Director of User Experience)

📋 Description

• Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of
• Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the
• Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted aboard, ensuring compliance
• Define and lead UX and experience design strategy aligned with customer needs
• Develop user journeys, experience maps, information architecture, user flows, wireframes
• Guide multidisciplinary teams through discovery to implementation

🎯 Requirements

• 10-15 plus years of experience in UX Design, Interaction Design, or Product Design
• Proven leadership in large-scale digital product/platform/enterprise
• Strong portfolio in user experience and interaction design
• Demonstrated mentoring and managing senior design teams
• Understanding of design thinking, usability, accessibility, design systems
• Strong proficiency in Figma and FigJam tools
