Director, Value & Evidence Program Management

📋 Description

• Partners with leadership to drive development and execution of strategic initiatives that align
• Drives alignment and collaboration across key stakeholders, ensuring priorities and messaging are
• Leads strategic planning and budget cycles (LRP, PLN, LBE), synthesizing insights and data into
• Assesses program issues and develops solutions to ensure overall program productivity, quality, and
• Serves as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the V&E pillar head and leadership team
• Works to develop and improve tools, templates and processes to efficiently run the business.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or business-related field is required.
• Project management certification (e.g. PMP) preferred.
• Applied knowledge of project management tools and processes (e.g. management of integration, scope
• Performance measurement (e.g. metrics, dashboards).
• At least 10 years' pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Experience should include 3-4 years of project management and/or process improvement related
