📋 Description

• Define and execute a scalable supply chain strategy balancing near-term program needs.
• Lead, mentor, and expand a world-class supply chain team.
• Develop supplier relationships and negotiate complex agreements.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Program Management to integrate supply chain.
• Provide leadership across executives, aligning on priorities and risks.
• Establish KPIs to measure supply chain health and drive improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in complex manufacturing supply chain (aerospace/defense preferred).
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience sourcing machined components.
• Proven end-to-end supply chain strategy execution.
• Strong negotiation skills for favorable outcomes.
