• The Dishwasher/Steward maintains a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen environment by washing
• Keeps kitchen floors, walls, and work areas clean and free of debris.
• Operates and maintains dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment.
• Sorts and stores clean dishes and utensils, and assists with trash/recycling removal.
• Supports kitchen staff with cleaning and maintaining equipment and supplies.
• Follows food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure safety and cleanliness.
