Dispatcher

📋 Description

• Create and manage daily transportation schedules, adjusting to accommodate cancellations, add-ons
• Perform active dispatching to support daily transportation operations
• Maintain a daily call log for operational tracking and communication
• Monitor and respond to HUB inquiries and operational requests
• Update schedules based on Direct Line changes and updates
• Provide timely documentation of cancellations or no-shows

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience working in a public or private transportation setting
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a dispatcher setting
• Current valid state driver's license and vehicle insurance
• Participate in DMV pull notice and random testing for alcohol and controlled substances programs
• Pass DOJ/FBI background check and DOT physical exam
