🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field. Advanced
• 15+ years of software engineering experience, including significant experience leading large-scale
• Proven experience delivering and productizing AI/ML capabilities in enterprise applications.
• Strong enterprise application architecture experience with the ability to balance innovation
• Experience driving engineering transformation initiatives, including modern software development
• Demonstrated ability to influence across organizations, align senior stakeholders, and lead complex
