• Lead Store Managers across the district to achieve sales, profitability, productivity, and KPI
• Translate commercial and operational data into practical insights, helping Store Managers connect
• Conduct structured store visits focused on coaching, performance assessment, operational execution
• Lead performance recovery plans for underperforming stores, providing hands-on coaching and support
• Champion brand DNA across stores by ensuring strong visual identity, compelling product
• Manage new store openings and support the recruitment and onboarding of store talent.

• Solid and consistent management experience in a comparable retail leadership position, with proven
• Demonstrated success in achieving commercial and operational results and improving store
• Strong people leadership skills, with a proven ability to coach, motivate, develop, and engage
• Data-driven approach with strong business acumen, analytical skills, and planning capabilities.
• Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and a fast-paced environment across multiple locations
• High level of ownership, responsibility, communication skills, adaptability, and flexibility.
