District Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and execute regional support strategies that achieve each store’s financial, operational
• Provide expertise on customer service challenges, team staffing, store operations and company
• Assist in effectively managing labor in conjunction with Director of Workforce Planning, regional

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as multi-unit regional manager in the food & beverage
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a customer service-oriented role.
• An innate ability to build, hire and coach a diverse part-time hourly staff.
• In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, P&L
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience with baking/bakery equipment/commercial kitchen equipment, a plus!
