📋 Description

• Lead enterprise clinical strategy for BAYADA's Skilled Nursing practice.
• Partner with executive leadership to shape priorities and growth opportunities.
• Champion innovative care delivery models and digital health solutions.
• Translate strategy into action across clinical, operational, financial, tech, and business units.
• Drive quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and value-based performance.
• Build and develop executive clinical leadership across multiple markets.

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration.
• 10+ years of executive clinical leadership in home health, post-acute care, or related.
• Deep understanding of value-based care and population health.
• Adult and pediatric clinical leadership experience preferred.
