📋 Description

• Provide oversight and support to assigned service offices, including responsibility for direct
• Ensure offices' actions and communications demonstrate that 'The Client Comes First'.
• Proactively manage client and customer concerns.
• Oversee and participate in recruiting, selecting, and developing high-potential employees.
• Educate, mentor, and coach Director Interns, Directors, Area Directors, and Division Directors.
• Direct and support offices to achieve customer service, quality growth, and financial stability

🎯 Requirements

• Four (4) year college degree required.
• Five (5) years of verifiable supervisory work experience required, preferably in health care or
• Experience working with Intellectual/Developmental disabilities required.
• Minimum two (2) years of demonstrated success as a BAYADA Home Health Care office director or
• Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence, and reliability.
• Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others; ability to plan and organize
