Produce accurate, coordinated and timely documentation
Review drawings thoroughly and identify gaps, clashes and risks
Maintain design intent through the documentation process
Coordinate information from Designers, consultants, clients, Technical and Delivery
Maintain drawing revisions and project files
Take ownership of documentation tasks and communicate issues early

🎯 Requirements

Demonstrated experience producing construction documentation — plans, elevations, sections, details
Comfortable developing documentation from an established design concept, rather than originating
Experience coordinating architectural, interior, consultant and technical information into one
Able to work full time on hours aligned to Australian business hours (AEST)
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and detailing
Working knowledge of the NCC/BCA, Australian Standards and approval requirements
