• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Growth, Marketplace, Supply, or Strategy within technology
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business impact
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and driving operational excellence
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoys solving complex business challenges
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
