📋 Description

• Lead drug discovery programs from target validation to candidate selection, translating science
• Consult with clients to design and prepare integrated drug discovery proposals, including screening
• Drive project progress across sites to ensure timely delivery of data and milestones
• Interpret data to support swift decision-making and risk mitigation
• Serve as key scientific contact in client communications
• Develop resourcing and budget plans to meet client needs

🎯 Requirements

• Expert in online project and data-management tools (e.g., SharePoint)
• Background in Medicinal Chemistry, Biology, or DMPK
• 10+ years of broad drug discovery industry experience
• Proven track record in leading teams and delivering multiple clinical candidates
• Higher degree (MSc or PhD) or equivalent in biological sciences
• Strong project planning, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
