Own the day-to-day management and optimization of the Shopify website
Ensure product pages, collections, navigation, landing pages, and promotions are accurate
Manage ongoing site updates, campaign launches, product updates, merchandising changes, and website
Lead ongoing CRO initiatives across the website, including product detail pages, landing pages
Run, manage, and analyze A/B tests to improve conversion rate, average order value, and overall
Build, optimize, and manage landing pages for paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and

🎯 Requirements

3–6+ years of ecommerce management experience, ideally within a direct-to-consumer consumer brand
Strong Shopify experience is required
Experience owning or heavily supporting conversion rate optimization initiatives
Experience working closely with growth marketing teams and paid media landing pages
Experience within health, beauty, personal care, CPG, wellness, or subscription-based ecommerce
