DTC eCommerce Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own and continuously improve day-to-day business operations across the organization.
• Design, document, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and scalable
• Create and maintain clear processes and documentation using Notion.
• Coordinate supply chain, logistics, third-party logistics (3PL), fulfillment, and customer service
• Identify operational bottlenecks, investigate root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, priorities, and dependencies to ensure timely execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing operations for a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or eCommerce brand.
• Proven experience creating, implementing, and improving SOPs, workflows, and operational systems.
• Strong hands-on experience managing eCommerce operations.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and process management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Strong ownership mentality with a demonstrated ability to take responsibility for problems and

🎁 Benefits

• $2,000–$3,500 USD per month.
• Compensation negotiable based on experience and profile.
