Review mortgage loan files for accuracy and completeness of documents
Perform due diligence reviews to ensure loans meet investor, product, and AUS guidelines
Analyze borrower credit, collateral, and capacity to repay, including income calculations
Calculate loan-to-value ratios and analyze debt obligations
Analyze purchase contracts, title commitments, and other loan documentation
Conduct risk analysis and recommend resolutions for deficiencies

🎯 Requirements

5+ years due diligence QC and underwriting experience
3+ years reviewing Non-QM loans
Strong appraisal review skills
Deep understanding of DSCR and business purpose loans
Expertise in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines and QM/ATR
Experience with post-close QC best practices
