Provide career coaching, workforce planning, and case management services to participants enrolled
Conduct assessments and develop Individual Employment Plans (IEPs) to support employment and
Assist participants with job search activities, resume development, interview preparation, and
Identify and address barriers to employment through referrals and coordination of supportive
Connect participants to training, education, work-based learning, and employment opportunities
Maintain accurate case files, eligibility documentation, case notes, and program records.

🎯 Requirements

Customer/client focus, learning orientation, communication proficiency, teamwork orientation
Basic computer literacy including ability to use the Internet and Microsoft Office products.
Keyboarding skills mandatory.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
