📋 Description

• Lead workshops and business analysis sessions with stakeholders to understand operational needs
• Configure, implement, and support relevant Dynamics 365 modules across Finance, Supply Chain
• Analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, and recommend
• Conduct gap analyses and prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), documenting proposed
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), develop and validate test scenarios, investigate functional
• Act as the primary liaison between business users, technical teams, and other project stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Strong hands-on experience configuring, implementing, supporting, and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics
• Solid understanding of financial processes, supply chain management, or core business operations
• Demonstrated experience conducting requirements-gathering workshops, mapping business processes
• Practical experience supporting system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, such as MB-300, MB-310, or MB-800, are considered a
