• Lead full-cycle recruiting for interns and new graduates across multiple business units, from
• Build and execute campus recruiting strategies in India, including relationships with university
• Represent MongoDB at university events and recruiting activities, helping students understand our
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, agree on recruiting plans, assess

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in early talent
• Experience recruiting in a fast paced, high volume environment and managing multiple roles or
• Strong relationship building skills and experience partnering with hiring managers, candidates, and
• A data informed approach to recruiting, with the ability to use pipeline insights to guide
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
