East Coast Facilities Manager

📋 Description

• Lead East Coast facilities ops across Scottsdale, Atlanta, and Sterling with hybrid onsite.
• Ensure facilities are safe, reliable, and deliver quality experiences.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, work orders, inspections, and vendor performance.
• Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and other critical systems across locations.
• Build cross-functional partnerships; align with stakeholders before major changes.
• Act as a trusted contact for facility issues; oversee third-party vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of facilities ops across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Customer-first mindset; ability to build cross-functional relationships.
• Collaborate across departments and align stakeholders.
• Experience with CMMS or other facilities management systems.
• Vendor/contractor mgmt; degree preferred; CFM a plus; energy a plus.
