East Coast Facilities Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and performance across East Coast facilities.
• Ensure facilities deliver safe, reliable, high-quality experiences for employees, customers, and visitors.
• Manage preventative maintenance, repairs, work orders, inspections, and vendor performance.
• Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety across multiple locations.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with stakeholders and align on priorities.
• Support space planning and future growth with business leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in facilities operations across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial building systems and safety standards.
• Experience with CMMS or other facilities management systems.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; CFM a plus.
