Ecommerce Associate Account Director

📋 Description

• Employ AI technologies and Power Digital's Nova ecosystem
• Lead weekly client calls on larger accounts and support PM-led calls on smaller accounts
• Translate Power Circuit roadmap outputs into weekly account priorities
• Track full-funnel performance across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages
• Coordinate paid, SEO, content, email, and creative teams
• Support retention strategy including repeat purchase rate and LTV

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in lifestyle, high-AOV, or considered-purchase marketing
• Experience managing client relationships day-to-day
• Understanding of full-funnel strategy and channel interactions
• Comfort with multi-touch attribution limitations
• Familiarity with upper-funnel channels (content, SEO, YouTube, programmatic) at a working level
• Experience with brands where creative quality and storytelling are a competitive differentiator
