Ecosystem Growth Manager

📋 Description

• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities, using data, market research, and partner insights to
• Structure and negotiate complex deals, including first-of-their-kind partnerships that expand
• Own relationships with Uniswap’s largest and most strategic partners, aligning on shared goals and
• Work with Product and Engineering to translate partner needs and market opportunities into product
• Drive cross-functional execution across integrations and launches, resolve blockers, and measure

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in business development, strategic partnerships, corporate strategy, product management
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with experience evaluating opportunities
• Comfortable with technical products and can work with product and engineering teams to evaluate
• Communicates clearly, builds trust with partners and colleagues, and takes ownership of ambiguous
• Strong interest in DeFi and onchain markets. Direct experience with trading, liquidity, or
• Nice to have: Prior experience at a major fintech, exchange, or HFT/market-making firm.
