Education Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead education-driven onboarding for new Wealthbox customers, including kickoff calls and platform
• Translate complex advisory processes into streamlined Wealthbox configurations, helping customers
• Facilitate professional live training sessions for diverse audience sizes, tailoring our onboarding
• Develop and maintain onboarding resources, including guides, checklists, video walkthroughs, and
• Track onboarding progress and customer engagement; identify and proactively address at-risk
• Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to surface onboarding hurdles and customer

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing onboarding, implementation, or training role, ideally
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain software concepts clearly to
• Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously while staying organized and
• Comfortable facilitating live video sessions (one-on-one and small groups) with confidence and
• Self-motivated and proactive, with strong time management skills suited to a fully remote
• Experience with CRM software or financial services technology is a strong plus.
