EHRM Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead evaluation and data-driven decision-making activities by defining measures of success
• Serve as project manager for assigned workstreams, coordinating activities across teams, managing
• Plan and execute project activities within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) cadence, including
• Build, validate, and maintain performance metrics, operational dashboards, trackers, and reporting
• Contribute across evaluation, engagement, training, and operations functions to support broader
• Develop clear, visually compelling presentations and supporting materials that align with client

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least 6 years of consulting experience, preferably with a leading management consulting or
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR), Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), with a SAFe certification such as SAFe
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Mural, or comparable
