ELD Specialist

📋 Description

• Provide first-line technical support for ELD hardware, software, connectivity, and related
• Support drivers, dispatchers, and fleet managers with ELD-related questions and ensure issues are
• Monitor ELD data for compliance, identify exceptions, and prepare reports required for safety
• Train drivers, dispatchers, and internal teams on ELD usage, Hours of Service requirements
• Communicate with ELD vendors and internal technology teams to document, escalate, and resolve
• Maintain current knowledge of federal and state ELD regulations and help ensure operational

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with ELD systems or related technology within
• Strong understanding of FMCSA ELD regulations and Hours of Service rules.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting ability, with the confidence to diagnose ELD issues and guide drivers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple support
• Familiarity with major ELD vendors, telematics platforms, and ELD-related technologies is preferred.
