Electrical Superintendent (Night Shift)

📋 Description

• Coordinate, schedule, and manage all subcontractors on-site.
• Expedite subcontractors and vendors daily/weekly.
• Identify and resolve construction issues as they arise.
• Supervise self-perform work and develop methods to improve efficiency.
• Oversee material receiving; ensure items inspected and tickets filed.
• Maintain timekeeping and cost records; support jobsite reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years as a technical specialist in construction (fire alarms/low voltage).
• Experience interpreting contract docs (specs, drawings, submittals).
• Valid NY or NJ driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related field.
