📋 Description

• Own email and SMS end to end: Build, QA, and ship campaigns and automated flows in Customer.io
• Run the campaign calendar: Translate the goals of grad leaders and senior team members into a

• Build segments that are actually right: Define who receives what by vertical, school, application

🎯 Requirements

• Background: Typically 1 to 4 years of hands-on email marketing, CRM, or marketing operations
• You've built and sent campaigns yourself in an ESP (Customer.io, Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable, HubSpot
• Open to an email marketer who wants to go deeper on data, or an ops person who wants to own a
• You like email: You think email and SMS are among the highest-leverage channels a company has, and
• Clear writing: You can write a short, clear email or text that gets someone to take one action.
