Email Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Support the CRM Acquisition Lead in executing the remarketing strategy for non-converted leads
• Assist in building and maintaining automated journeys, including segmentation setup, QA, and basic
• Contribute observations on messaging and lifecycle content alignment with customer behavior
• Execute personalized campaigns based on established messaging frameworks
• Support the Content Lead by drafting briefs and coordinating copy and creative requests
• Assist with tailoring messaging for different segments and funnel stages

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation
• Knowledge of email marketing fundamentals (deliverability, audience segmentation, core campaign
• Experience with ESP/automation platforms (e.g., e-Sputnik, Reteno, Braze)
• Execution-ready mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with JIRA, Asana, Confluence, Notion, or Slack
