• Coordinate and monitor multiple email marketing projects, ensuring deadlines, priorities, and

• Build, configure, and manage email campaigns, automated flows, and pop-ups within Klaviyo.
• Support customer communication initiatives across additional channels, including WhatsApp and print
• Use modern AI-powered tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year of intensive, hands-on experience with Klaviyo.
• Proven ability to independently build and manage email campaigns, automated flows, and pop-ups.
• Previous copywriting experience, with the ability to create persuasive content that drives
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Fluent written and spoken German is essential.
• Experience in e-commerce or a marketing agency is an advantage.
