• Coordinate and monitor multiple email marketing projects, ensuring deadlines, priorities, and
• Brief and collaborate with the design team to develop effective and engaging email creatives
• Write persuasive, conversion-focused copy tailored to each brand's audience and objectives
• Build, configure, and manage email campaigns, automated flows, and pop-ups within Klaviyo
• Support customer communication initiatives across additional channels, including WhatsApp and print
• Use modern AI-powered tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year of intensive, hands-on experience with Klaviyo
• Proven ability to independently build and manage email campaigns, automated flows, and pop-ups
• Previous copywriting experience, with the ability to create persuasive content that drives
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Fluent written and spoken German is essential
• Experience in e-commerce or a marketing agency is an advantage
